All prices quoted on our page are with tax included. Generally these are retail prices, however in case of wholesale orders prices may be negotiated. Unfortunately, in some cases the price quoted on our page may differ from the actual one. Particularly prices of service ICs undergo rapid and large fluctuations. In this case, when price difference is significant, we declare to communicate actual price prior to delivery.

Our offer includes ready to   use  electronic devices it includes even  very simple ones even ready electroniic devices starting from very simple  ones to professional instruments. Many of them can not be find in regular stores and some are difficult. We offer all of them in mail selling service. To make your life easier we created our virtual shop. In this shop you can choose and order items and drop them to the shopping car. The content of your car is always in your hand, you may go throught it before final decission, and check their technical data and appearence.  Once you made your mind up, you have to fill order form, bottom part of the shopping basket. Now choose kind of payment and push the button " INVOICE" (ask for billing) . Then  on the screen the bill apears - the order is at last done, now only one push of a button "SEND ORDER" completes your shopping. Some parts and subsystems can be also ordered "manually"  ie. writing them down, it  includes especially positions which we do not have on the stock.To do it, find on the upper shelf  the button "ORDER FORM" and push it,  the form will be opened , then write in it all items that you want to  order ,  welcome. The closing remark, our internet page is constantly modernized and updated, so ocasionally one may encounter inconsistency or simply bugs, we are very sorry for that and we count on your comprehension.

Warranty Terms

Most of merchandise purchased in CYFRONIKA, come with Warranty Certificate. Warranty claims are also accepted ( in case the certificate got lost ) on the base of any kind of the purchase proof. Our general policy is to follow, if possible, original warranty terms of the producer. Some of goods in our shop do not qualify for warranty, these are: cables, operating media, items that in natural way undergo tear and wear process, and some others specific items like kits,  etc .... Our general warranty terms are as following :
  1. Length of the warranty period as specified in the table starts on the day of the purchase.
  2. Defects and malfunctions found within warranty period will be repaired free within 14 working days beginning on the date when the claim is found eligible. Repairing time may be longer but not more then 21 working days if the repair will need import of spare parts from abroad or shipping the item abroad.
  3. Merchandise bought from Us must not be returned (  except the case of mistakes caused by us) , the purchase date does not matter. In some very special cases we may negotiate.
  4. Each malfunctioning part must have attached filled claim form.
  5. The item(s) must be delivered to the CYFRONIKA service place .
  6. Merchandise returned for servicing must be in original package and contain documentation and all original parts provided by CYFRONIKA at the day of purchase. 
  7. The warranty claim is not eligible if : warranty period expired, or seals are damaged, or a device was used improperly ( improper  installation and handling ), presence of mechanical damages were found.
  8. The warranty period for merchandise produce in CYFRONIKA is 12 months. 
  9. The base for warranty claims is the Warranty Certificate or Purchase Proof. 
  10. We do not provide duplicates for Warranty Certificate.
  11. CYFRONIKA does not guarantee replacement of the device taken to the service.
  12. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD PARCELS CONTAINING ITEMS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE!!! 
Shipping and handling

Costs of shipping and handling must be covered by customer.
Orders with "to the doors" delivery within Krakow area are charged 10 zł. For mail selling service shipment and COD netto cost are: parcel below 1kg - ca 9 zł ; 1-3 kg ca 11 zł ; 3- 5kg ca 15 zł. On demand delivery service of other spedition company is possible, in this case shipment netto cost of one parcel is 39 zł.
In the case of warranty claims costs of shipment of the item to CYFRONIKA must be covered by client,  however costs of the back shipment of repaired or new part will be covered by us.
Payment Options

Privileged customers (companies) are allowed for  delayed payment due. On the regular base we accept 7 days delay. Delays longer then that, need to be individually negotiated. If you are not privileged customer the only payment terms we accept is Cash with Order, Cash on Delivery both done with cash or cashier check, or we accept payments done with credit cards.

This information is transferred  to PolCard system. and must be identical with that displayed on the credit card.

Cards Accepted
The PolCard system authorizes transactions done with cards issued by Visa Int. and EuroPay/MasterCard Int. The system is capable to authorize embossed and internet credit cards. Visa Electron cards can be used - depends on the bank that issued the card. Contact your bank representative to learn whether your card will be authorized by PolCard system. 

The Card Number
16-digits number, that can be found on the card face or, in the case of virtual cards, the number printed in your bank reports..

Expiration Date
is printed on the face of your card as  mm/yy.

Security CVV2/CVC2 codes

CVV2 code (Visa Int.) and CVC2 code (EuroPay/MasterCard Int.) can be found on the back side of the card on signature strip ( last three digits of the number printed there) . In the case of internet cards  CVV2/CVC2 code is quoted in your bank listing or on the other media  used by your bank to transfer information concerning your card. This code provides extra security for transactions done with internet, on the phone or mail orders ( without actual presence of the card) and can be found only on the card and in authorization system of the bank. This code is not listed on confirmation tickets printed by teller machines.
